There was a need to build a cost effective solution to view all round of a bottle with single camera with 120 deg section.

This otherwise  requires either 3 cameras to be installed at angles to cover all round or to go with 360 deg periscope lens unit. Either solutions was not viable in terms of cost for this application.

We built a innovative mirror arrangement setup to view 360 deg of the bottle to inspect surface defects, content of bottle and cap damages
